Function Provide support and assistance to the Human Resources Office.
  1. Position Purpose

Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Benefits Specialist, Senior Employment Administrator and Director of Human Resources performs the following functions:  Perform services related to customer service; Maintain employee records; Perform office duties; and Perform other duties as assigned. 

  1. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sort and distribute daily the mail for Human Resources
  • Greet visitors
  • File all employee files and documents
  • Create employee files and labels
  • Copy and scan documents as needed
  • Fax documents as needed
  • Varies projects as needed
  1. Qualifications – Education, Experience, and Skills
    • Ability to maintain continuity of departmental operations
    • Basic math, communications and public relations skills
    • Proficient knowledge of office equipment (Copier, fax machine, calculator)
    • Ability to act in confidence
    • Organizational skills
    • Experience in Microsoft Office
