50% Provide leadership, training and recreational opportunities on climbing wall, imitative games and high ropes course  
20% Assist with leading outdoor adventure trips and logistical preparation
10% Assist in equipment repairs and upkeep
5% Clean high contact areas and inventory once every quarter
5% Assist in marketing strategies and promotion of Outdoor Pursuits
5% Retraining in related program areas and cross training in other areas of recreational activity
5% Perform other duties as assigned, including assistance with large programs and events. Flexibility and cooperation is a must.

  • Must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standars each semester to maintain eligibility for student employment.
