The School of Natural Resources showed off their creativity through a baking contest with a little twist, held on Wednesday, March 5, 2014.
Faculty and staff were asked to bring in their best baked goods, and were required to relate it back to their program. The baked goods ranged from scat cookies to mud pies displaying the faculty's fun and creative participation.
Students then were given the opportunity to taste test and vote on each of their professor's creations. They were also given their choice of coffee, hot chocolate or tea, served by the Student Affairs Coordinator, Amy Roe and Dean of Natural Resources, Ken Bowald.
Winning the contest and the Wide-Awake Wednesday Sparkling Silver Spatula Award were Jim and Stephanie Downs of the Forestry Program for their donut holes decorated as acorns.
The school would like to congratulate the winners and thank all who participated
