The Starbrick Bistro will be open Tuesday - Friday from 12 - 2 p.m. throughout the spring semester.

The bistro has an a la carte menu featuring salads, sandwiches, build your own burgers and more. See the a la carte menu here. The bistro will also have a lunch buffet every Friday with a different theme each week. Buffets are $8 and include a beverage.
