Hocking College is encouraging all students to register to receive their Form 1098-T electronically through their WebAdvisor account. Form 1098-T, an IRS form entitled "Tuition Statement" is provided annually to qualifying students. This form provides the documentation necessary for students or parents to claim an education tax credit, depending on the taxpayer's own tax situation.

To register to receive this form electronically, students can click on "1098 Electronic Consent" under "Financial Information" on the student section of WebAdvisor then select electronic consent. If no electronic consent is given, a printed form will be mailed to the student's home address on file.

Hocking College employees - including student employees - may opt to receive their Form W-2 electronically. To register, log in to the employee section of WebAdvisor and click on "W-2 Electronic Consent" under "Employee Profile" and select electronic consent. If no electronic consent is given, a printed form will be mailed to your home address on file.

Electing for electronic form delivery will assist in our efforts to reduce waste, protect our environment and preserve our natural resources.
